DR's do soil percolation tests and system layouts for standard and alternate septic
systems. The DR's proposal is submitted to the Department of Health
(currently Justin Sparrow and/or Sherry Chapman) for approval or disapproval.
Approved systems must be inspected by Justin or Sherry before the pipes
are covered to confirm proper installation.
